While the hockey team in Chapel Hill has undergone eight coaching changes since he arrived, Earl has always been ready to act in any way he was needed. For over a decade he has put in countless hours of work as General Manager, Assistant Coach, Academic Advisor and Director of Hockey Operations. During this time Earl has recruited new talent, organized campus events, planned team trips and helped to raise money for the team in numerous ways. Without Earl UNC Hockey would not be the fast growing program that is today. Few people, not only in the ACCHL but in the entire ACHA, have done more for their programs than Earl Anderson has done for UNC. Congratulations, Earl. You deserve it.
